Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned Data Centre projects to ensure their timely completion and compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and quality standards.

• Monitor compliance with internal QA/QC policies and standards, as well as relevant performance standards and specifications.

• Interact regularly with clients to interpret their needs and requirements, and represent them in the field.

• Coordinate with all contractors, building management, and/or appointed contractors by client/building management during project execution.

• Perform overall quality control of the work, including schedule, plans, and contractor's performance, and report regularly on project status.

• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project managers and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.

• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions as necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.

• Experience as a project engineer/manager in Data Centre / Critical facilities projects.

• Familiar with Workplace Safety and Health requirements.

• Familiar with rules, regulations, best practices, and applicable statutory standards.

• Project management and supervision skills.

• Time management and organization skills.

• Ability to work on multiple projects.

• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
