We're currently seeking a Regional Asset Manager for the Asia Pacific Japan (APJ) Hub, with the role based in Singapore. As the steward of real estate spanning approximately 150,000 square meters, your responsibilities will encompass diverse locations throughout the Asia-Pacific region, including Singapore, Australia, Japan, and more.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Leading and orchestrate the Regional Asset Management unit, spearheading the implementation of cutting-edge global AM Strategy standards and guidelines for strategic excellence.

  • Pioneering the way, set and drive ambitious targets for Property Management to propel the RAM unit towards unparalleled success, as envisioned by Hub Management.

  • Cultivate invaluable partnerships with SRE's esteemed clients within the Regional Asset Management Unit, championing their aspirations with tailor-made real estate solutions.

  • Keep a vigilant eye on dynamic market trends, conducting meticulous market and location analyses to ensure our competitive edge remains razor-sharp.

  • Artfully craft contracts, expertly negotiating pricing and termination terms, and executing agreements that truly represent the essence of ownership.

  • Innovate property strategies that revolutionize space utilization, proactively managing vacancies while orchestrating ingenious cost optimization measures to enhance real estate performance.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

  • Real Estate Value maximization

  • Market analysis and contract negotiation

  • Client Relationship Management and Strategic leadership

  • Intercultural experience

  • Experience with working in an agile, virtual team environment

  • Fluency in English, German is beneficial

Your defining qualities:

  • Academic degree in Engineering and / or other advanced real estate related technical degree preferred

  • Minimum 10 - 15 years of professional experience with full responsibility in real estate functions

  • Knowledge in multiple Corporate Real Estate disciplines, e.g. Asset & Property Management, Facility Management, Project delivery and contract management

  • Technical and Project management Knowhow, with basic commercial acumen
