A day in a life of a Project Portfolio Manager

  • Conduct data analysis, consolidation, and reporting for the I&R portfolio management process.

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams

  • Provide support for the Innovation & Renovation Portfolio (I&R) cycle, including participation in key meetings such as I&R Portfolio review meetings, approval meetings, and stage gate meetings.

  • Continuously improve portfolio and project analytics, adapting and establishing new reports as per business needs.

  • Conduct compliance checks according to corporate guidelines and tools to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

What will make you successful

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics or other related field.

  • After your study you gained your first experience in data analysis, consolidation, and reporting ideally within the food industry.

  • You love to analyze and interpret complex data.

  • You familiarized yourself with tools like Power BI and Excel

  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills, paired with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.

  • Additionally you are fluent in English, every other language is a plus.
