SONIFI Solutions, Inc. Implementation Project Manager in Sioux Falls, South Dakota

SONIFI® Solutions, the leader in technology solutions for the hospitality and healthcare industries, is looking to add an Implementation Project Manager to our team. As an Implementation Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing external and internal projects related to the implementation of interactive patient television and related solutions for SONIFI Health, working with Hospital and Health System clients nationwide. These projects involve a significant amount of interdepartmental and client communication and coordination to implement software and hardware solutions that are patient and staff facing.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage project lifecycle from project initiation through project closure; utilize project management process and tools.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, typically responsible for 2-4 major projects and 4-8 smaller projects.

  • Develop and manage project scope; understand the needs of clients and stakeholders and assess feasibility.

  • Develop detailed project schedules with input from clients and internal project team members; update the project schedule throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Facilitate internal and external team meetings, with clear meeting objectives and follow-through.

  • Perform ongoing evaluation of project performance; identify and mitigate project risk.

  • Effectively resolve issues, provide solutions, and solve problems.

  • Communicate project status to clients, stakeholders, leadership, and internal team members.

  • Collaborate with Program Management, Healthcare Product, and Healthcare Operations and other SONIFI departments on development and deployment activity.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

  • Build strong working relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal team members through effective communication and collaboration.

  • Actively listen, understand, and respond to stakeholders.

  • Create a team environment that promotes high performance.

  • Clearly communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders

  • Continually look for ways to improve processes and procedures.

  • Assist with defining and refining departmental processes.

  • Assist with defining and refining task lists for project activities.

    What you’ll need:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field / work experience; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

  • A PMP Certificate is preferred.

  • Minimum of five (5) years demonstrated project management experience.

  • Project management experience within healthcare and/or technology industry is preferred.

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to give presentations and run meetings in person and through webinars and calls.

  • Experience and ability to work within a professional interdisciplinary team structure both internally and externally.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, organized, and detail oriented.

  • Must have experience with Microsoft Project, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel as well as general computer competency for learning custom applications are required in this position.

  • Must have the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
