Role reports to: Director Data Strategy and Solutions
Location: Skillman, NJ (Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.)
Travel %: 10%
Pay: $88,000 - $142,600

What you will do
Do you like being creative and designing new analytic capabilities? Do you like shaping business processes and influencing strategy with data tools?
The Connected Commerce Analytics & Strategy Manager will design and deploy advanced analytic tools to drive accelerated growth and strategy for the US eCommerce and Omni channel team. Working closely with the Amazon and Omni team this role will support with basic reporting needs to more advanced analytic tools that will provide new insights and capabilities to shape business strategy by delivering clear actionable insights. This role is part of the Advanced Solution Hub within the Consumer Business Intelligence organization. This team delivers cross functional insights and capabilities to the organization and supports senior leadership with tracking our US goals and KPI's. Our tools and insights influence channel strategy across all customers inclusive of Amazon, Walmart.com, and major Omni channel partners.
This role will be accountable for delivering trusted eCommerce data and analytical insights. This person will provide one source of truth for eCommerce performance and proactively drive standardization of business reporting and data validation across eCommerce.
The candidate must be detail-oriented and influential in building stories with complex data sets. The candidate must have a strong analytical skill set and experience working with syndicated data providers such as NielsenIQ, IRI, Edge by Ascential, Profitero, Stackline, and other eComm data specialists. Special projects are an integral part of this role, and the ideal person should be comfortable operating in a rapidly evolving cross-functional environment. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities
Support eComm accelerated growth plan by designing and deploying analytic solutions (Tools and/or reports).
Effectively translate user behavior/business questions into analytic insight.
Actively engage with customer teams and business strategy teams to generate creative analytic solutions to answer business needs.
Ensure data sets are accurate and trustworthy through rigorous data validation.
Support change management in training users on new systems, tools, reports, or data sets.
Collaborate with cross-functional team to deliver advanced BI solutions through visualization tools such as PowerBi, Tableau, etc.
Analyze multiple data sources to drive a single and clear business insight. Data includes but not limited to Point of Sales (POS), Consumer Panel, Digital Shelf, Financial, Supply Chain Metrics, etc.
Assist in supporting data management and governance with making recommendations on industry data partner for eComm specifically.
Proactively identify areas of data opportunities and analytical business needs.
Manage external vendor relationships to ensure data is delivered on-time and in full.

Qualifications

What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
A minimum Bachelor degree is required.
5 years' experience in data analytics required.
Understanding of core business metrics, marketing analytics, ecommerce analytics, consumer behavior, financial analyses, and forecasting is required.
Proficiency with Power BI is required.
Ability to think outside the box, be creative, and communicate ideas through concepts & wireframes effectively.
Clear communication and organization skills to manage cross functional projects in a fast-paced changing environment.
Ability to identify and assess risk and prioritization for business needs.
Knowledge of analytical software programs and variety of IT solutions for analytical tool build, design, and deployment
Desired Qualifications
Experience in CPG (Consumer packaged goods) industry.
Experience with NielsenIQ, Circana, Profitero, Stackline, and other eCommerce big data partners.
Proficiency with SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, basic data warehousing and scripting is nice to have but not required.
Owner mindset, daring spirit, outside to in focus on performance.

What's in it for you
Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $88,000 to $142,600. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
