This position reports to Global Agencies Procurement Director, Proc, Marketing and is based in Skillman, NJ. (Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.)

Role reports to: Global Agencies Procurement Director, Proc, Marketing

Location: Skillman, NJ. (Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.)

Travel %: 10

Pay: $113,000 to $195,500

What you will do

The Senior Manager, Marketing Services Procurement, Agencies Category North America is responsible for leading the North America Agencies Procurement team; In this role, you'll identify, develop and direct the implementation of Procurement goals and strategy as well as lead the organization's activities and deliver against targets for financial performance, quality, service and compliance adherence. This exciting role provides Global and Regional Leadership for developing end-to-end category leadership such as category strategy development, maintaining key relationships and partnering with priority Agencies. The position will craft, connect and lead resources to deliver on key projects.

This role will be both an advisor, an educator and strategic innovator for Kenvue in Agency Procurement, inclusive of newer and more innovative Marketing, Content, and Brand Building, including eCommerce, Social, and Influencer. You are a respected industry leader that partners internally and has strong external relationships delivering innovation and strategies to improve impact and outcomes while enrolling others in the journey. You'll partner with a global community of leaders across regions/markets and will partner with various functions including Brand, Finance, Business Intelligence, and others.

Key Responsibilities

Create, enroll and drive the Procurement plan for, with and through the partner community by identifying business needs and develop the vision, strategy and implementation for categories of spend to deliver best-in-class value for the Agency category
Work directly with Agency leadership to ensure alignment of our objectives, including thought leadership, service, innovation and cost
Demonstrate thought leadership of key supply market trends/dynamics through external benchmarking, data gathering, and supplier enabled innovation to drive transformation especially for our Agency Ecosystem
Deliver on financial, service, reliability, quality, innovation, and growth commitments through annual business planning cycle and quarterly reviews
Expertise in Agencies thought leadership with advanced category knowledge, and global and region trends
Serve as procurement representative to Stakeholders to implement Procurement strategies aligned with Business needs
Elevate Agencies Category by facilitating global & regional Agency meetings with key agencies on clear critical metrics, impact and outcomes
Implement region and global scale RFP events in partnership with stakeholders
Love the intersection of Agency, Content, Data and Technology to deliver best in class Content and Impact
Be proficient in Marketing and Advertising Technology to identify and evaluate new and emerging suppliers in the Content, Advertising and Marketing Technology
Ideally have experience with Content In-Housing to streamline content production and reduce costs

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Supply Chain or related field is required
8 - 10 years of related business experience is required
Experience managing agency relationships in a global context, and a strong understanding of the agency ecosystem and its role in supporting a multi-brand business is required.
Understanding of business operations, practices and core Procurement areas of focus (Spend Management: Category Management and Supplier Management) is required.
Strong leadership, communication, influencing, collaboration and talent development skills is required.
Track record of success, identifying and implementing Agency model transformation, measuring and delivering in-market results is required.
Strong creative and conceptual thinking ability to set a vision, identify new opportunities, develop new ways of working, create and implement solutions to complex problems, overcoming obstacles is required.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is required.
Strong analytical skills to conduct analysis for program effectiveness and use findings for optimization of all initiatives is required.
