Job Details Qualifications: Must be a high school graduate or possess a G.E.D. Trade courses relating to above duties preferred. Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with boilers preferred. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to access all parts of buildings and grounds. Must keep good relationships with residents, supervisors and co-workers. Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of high pressure boilers preferred. Salary Range USD $28.96 - USD $32.30 /Hr. The pay for this position ranges from $28.96 - $32.30 per hour. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
