SUMMARY This position is responsible for all aspects of order processing. This includes everything from handling sales orders to confirming accurate delivery details to managing customer satisfaction. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS * Manages customer relationship by providing daily operational support. * Manages tracking for all incoming new orders through internal confirmation processes. * Assist with high-volume data entry to deliver precise and timely work orders to the production staff. * Communicates all relevant information and ensures customer satisfaction regarding the activities in scope. * Responsible for forecast portal downloads and distribution of new orders. * Responsible for management of consignment orders from forecast through invoicing, as well as support for contract renewal. * Keeps the customer informed of progress at all stages. * Deals and coordinates any order prioritization. * Processes all the order management requests in a timely manner and according to the customer's instructions/procedures. * Maintains, monitors, and updates post sale management dashboard. * Manages all transaction processing activities, finding solutions, and giving answers to raised queries/issues. * Analyzes operational data, identifies root causes of (repetitive) issues and drives corrective actions for the current activity. * Looks proactively for enhancements of current activities and contributes with ideas/own activity to the process improvements' definition and implementation request with the customer to meet expectations. * Contributes to team effort in a collaborative and supportive manner. Other duties as required in support of the department and the company SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE * High school diploma or GED. * Associate degree or two (2) years' work experience in specific area/field. * Knowledge of automation tools, such as Esker, Innowera, and SAP mass tools preferred. * Experience in the flexible circuit board industry preferred. LANGUAGE SKILLS * Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. * Proficient written and verbal communication skills. * Bilingual preferred. JOB SKILLS * Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). * Knowledge of ERP systems, SAP preferred. * Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software. * Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams). * Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills including active listening. * Elevated level of attention to detail. * Solid time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks. * Excellent customer service skills. * Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances. * Comply with data integrity and security policies. PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to be stationary for prolonged periods of time working on a computer. The employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms.
