Job Description/Work Environment :

• Welders will be spending the majority of their day welding plates to beams and columns on steel that will end up in large structures across the country.

• Will be welding Flux-core & MIG Weld on Rails and Stairs. This is considered a production welding job. Our client does projects for large scale skyscrapers, stadiums, bridges, etc...

• Work site looks like a large steel mill. They work on LARGE structural beams and the welds need to be PERFECT as their product is STRUCTURAL STEEL.

• When it comes to structural steel fabrication and detailing, Architects, Designers, Engineers, Artists, Contractors, Owners and Governments rely on us from the design, detailing and drafting stage through steel fabrication phases of cutting, bending, welding and coating, to final on-site steel erection and steel construction.

• We are equipped to do structural and miscellaneous steel fabrication on a grand scale.

• Primary supplier of structural steel and other metal fabrications for building projects costing hundreds of millions of dollars. No job is too big or small. Regardless of the size, we the knowledge, equipment and people to do it right, on time and on budget.

Hours :

• Mandatory 49-hour work weeks*

• 1st Shift: 5:30am-4pm M-Th, 5:30am-3pm F

• 2nd Shift: 4pm-1:30am M-Th, 4pm-12:30am F

Starting Pay :

• $20-$25/hr depending on weld test/interview

• They are pretty good about reviews/potential raises every 6 months
