Key Responsibilities

  • Support the National Sales Manager with daily organizational task and sales projects

  • Keep notes, memorialize interactions with sales leadership, sales team and customers.

  • Work closely with sales personnel to follow up on quotes, service and open issues.

  • Contact customers to assist the sales team as needed.

  • Collaborate with other departments as part of a cohesive team.

  • Work on sales projects as assigned.

  • Support the National Sales Manager with daily organizational tasks.

  • Enter data, run reports on a schedule, and provide them to management.

  • Assist in generating sales reports and other key department reports.

  • Manage incoming emails and phone calls from customers as well as internal sales staff, related to pricing and customer experience.

  • Assist dealer partners in understanding our processes and tools available to them.

  • Expense reporting - approval and report compilation

  • Provide increased levels of assistance to RSMs on the road

  • Preparation and hosting of weekly Marketing call to review each region's account activity with the assigned RSM, National Sales Manager, and Marketing team

  • Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve order-related issues

  • Involvement in the development of Leap/SalesPro (in-home pricing program); once we fully launch the program, involvement in development will shift to involvement in administration of the program

  • Recognize areas of opportunity to improve the overall customer experience and acting on them as appropriate, including working with members of the CS team to work through specific requests to ensure a positive experience.

  • Provide support to the CS Team, as it is requested, regarding questions on open requests to ensure a timely and accurate response.

  • Perform other duties and functions as assigned.

    Experiences, Competencies, Skills and Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Three (3) years administrative experience required, sales experience preferred. Manufacturing experience a plus.

  • Demonstrated computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Aptitude in lead generation and identifying potential new business opportunities.

  • Ability to multitask and effectively manage customer concerns/issues.

  • Proficient with Customer Relationship Management and Enterprise Resource Planning systems.

  • Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills, able to project a professional image.

  • Competitive salary commiserate with experience.

    As a full-time employee, your work day will generally be 8:00 AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday.
