Duties:

• Payroll and Payroll taxes
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Account Payables and Receivables

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principals
• Ability to complete and pay weekly, monthly and quarterly payroll taxes
• Proficiency in using Quickbooks
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Familiarity with account reconciliation processes
• Solid understanding of debits and credits in accounting
• Strong organizational and time management skills
