J&J Innovative Medicine Principal Operations belongs to the Innovative Medicine Companies of Johnson & Johnson. J&J IM Principal Operations is a global organization located in USA, Belgium, Ireland, The Netherlands, Singapore and Switzerland.

Within J&J IM Principal Operations, our mission is to provide diligent stewardship of the Innovative Medicine business model, by protecting and optimizing the product intellectual property (IP) structures in close collaboration with J&J Innovative Medicine Commercial, R&D, Supply Chain, Tax and Treasury.

Currently we are looking for TranSCend Business User Access Manager to join the IM Principal Operations organization. Location can be flexible, with EMEA as preferable region.

For project TranSCend Innovative Medicine (IM). The Business UAM Manager is the business SAP S/4 HANA role design architect and supports the build, test, train & deployment of security role design processes.

The candidate is an SAP S/4 HANA authorization subject matter expert that will work in close collaboration with the TranSCend IM Global Transformation project team and other key stakeholders to ensure a robust, lean and compliant authorization concept is implemented including the deployment of the business user access management governance framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct awareness workshops and training sessions on business user access management to ensure thorough understanding of the authorization concept by project team members and business users.

  • Collaborate closely with functional and compliance teams to accurately collect and document business and compliance requirements for role design specifications and audits.

  • Perform health checks on role design before and after role build, following defined project methodology and approach.

  • Define organizational value concept for roles and rule set.

  • Provide support for testing activities, including BST (Business Scenario Testing) and business UAT (User Acceptance Testing), defect management, user cut over, business go-live, and hypercare support.

  • Serve as the single point of contact for role design with the Business and IT Security teams and act as the gatekeeper for the authorization concept.

  • Evaluate, monitor, and ensure adherence to the defined authorization concept. Work with IT Security, business, and compliance teams to translate requirements into technical SAP S/4 HANA role implementation.

  • Perform impact assessments on relevant ecosystems affected by the authorization concept.

  • Conduct custom Tcode assessments and provide support for rule set design and maintenance.

  • Collaborate closely with other User Access Management (UAM) workstreams, such as Governance and Tooling, within the TranSCend Pharma project.

  • Support the operational UAM team with project documentation, knowledge transfer, and integration efforts.

  • Assist with general project activities, including resource evaluation, project planning, providing information on key milestones and deliverables, attending project-related workshops/meetings, and contributing to management reporting.

  • Support across different S4 systems and process integrations within S4 for role design, testing, and usage.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in working for international companies and minimum 3 years` of people management

  • Specialist in SAP S/4 HANA authorization concepts and familiar with different compliance requirements such as SoX, GxP, IT and Privacy

  • Experience in SAP S/4 HANA Implementation Projects

  • Specialist of SAP GRC Access Control & Process Control and Identity Management tool

  • Good understanding of SOD, mitigation and remediation concept

  • Specialist in the risk matrix/rule set maintenance

  • Specialist on data analysis, data conversion and migration

  • Superb project management skills

  • Strong teamwork in a virtual/remote working environment

  • Good communication, collaboration, presentation, and conflict management skills

  • Great problem-solving skills

  • Very good oral and written skills in English

The base pay range for this position is $97,000 - $166,750

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
