TUSHAR BRAZILIAN EXPRESS Kitchen Manager (PERM) in SOUTH JORDAN, Utah

BR International Management, LLC, dba Tushar Brazilian Express in South Jordan, Utah seeks for a full-time Kitchen Manager. The Kitchen Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the kitchen. They are responsible for overseeing all kitchen activities, managing staff, and maintaining quality and sanitation standards with the following duties: -Sanitation and Quality Control: Monitor sanitation practices and ensure compliance with regulations. Also, inspect the quality of food products to maintain standards. -Production and Staff Management: Determine production schedules and staff requirements for timely service delivery. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and instruction. -Supply and Inventory Management: Manage the quantity and quality of received products, order supplies, and estimate costs. Ensure efficient operation within budget constraints. -Food Cost Analysis: Analyze recipes for pricing menu items based on costs. -Training and Recruitment: Instruct and train kitchen staff in food preparation and presentation. Recruit and hire new kitchen workers as needed. -Kitchen Supervision: Plan, direct, or supervise food preparation. Coordinate menu development, equipment maintenance, and budgets. -Any other duties as assigned by the Owner. Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm, off Sat. and Sun. Requirements: Associate degree in culinary arts, gastronomy, or a closely related field or 24 months of experience in position, chef, culinary instructor, or closely related occupation.
