Looking for a candidate who has experience with Maximo on the Maintenance and Inventory side and Project Management. Outage planning and maintenance experience preferred. CMS, SAP, Main saver, experience preferred. POSITION PURPOSE: This program manager will be responsible for implementation and governance of critical maintenance and inventory programs across the entire gas fleet.  The role will deliver consistency in maintenance execution and inventory standardization to ensure reliability and availability across the gas fleet.  Included in this role is management of MBO implementation for all CC sites and coordination and execution of CT site MBO criticality assessments.  The program manager will lead cross functional gas teams to evaluate current state maintenance and define maintenance standards for all MBO critical assets.  The program manager will also be responsible for leading the 7EA CT inventory standardization program and other later inventory standardization and control programs.  The program manager will be the fleet owner for the CC and CT BOP templates.  Included in this will be monitoring site template actual spending vs program and coordinating annual review and update of these templates.  The program manager will own the conduct of maintenance program for Gas Operations including oversight and support of all maintenance coordinator training.  The manager will also support completion of all conduct of maintenance assessment actions assigned across the gas fleet.  The position routinely interacts with Executives and Plant Managers to drive the processes and behaviors necessary to establish efficient work practices at each site. The position requires a clear understanding of plant operation and maintenance and management structure, as well as strong technical skills necessary to support the role. JOB DIMENSIONS: Supervisory Responsibility - Provides oversight for up to 25 contracted employees. Budget Responsibility - Up to $2M capital with understanding of site planned outage budgets and overall fleet inventory values. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Provides support to Gas Operations Site Managers, Regional Managers, and General Manager to ensure implementation of Maintenance Strategy standards (MBO, Inventory Management Programs, & Outage Maintenance Templates) result in plant maintenance at highed levels of performance in both safety and reliability. Directs and monitors maintenance/outage projects. Provides contractor oversight to ensure work flow is supporting overall asset reliability objectives, while maintaining highest standards for safety, environmental compliance, quality, and housekeeping. Provides oversight of plant, partner, contractor, and LTSA work activities to maintain knowledge of work status and ensure optimum workflow. Supports cost tracking and budget forecasting. Leads programmatic implementation of MBO elements across all Gas Operations utilizing the PDCA model to assure implementation is well executed and sustainable. Maintains fleet standards through best practice benchmarking efforts with Maintenance including use of industry operating experience. Serve as support for Site Managers and Department Managers within Gas Operations.  Provide support for contractor oversight to ensure consistent safety and quality supervision of contractor services provided to site along with other duties as assigned to support maintenance and operations. Modifies processes to incorporate best practices and ensures standard implementation across the fleet. Monitors performan e relative to established maintenance and inventory targets, identifies gaps in performance, and assists with development and implementation of action plans to close gaps. Ensures gaps in performance standards are identified through best practices and communicated to all peers. Develops relationships with peers to create an atmosphere of open, transparent, and honest communication among the groups to foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration Act as primary site representative with programs and programmatic strategies coming to assigned gas site Establishes a clear and consistent communication method to Gas Operations fleet leadership to detail program performance, gaps, and measures being put in place to improve program performance Performs audits on program performance to measure maturation within Gas Operations Establish goals, initiatives and process enhancements in the maintenance programs that directly contribute to increased performance to attain and sustain recognized excellence in maintenance. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education - A Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical discipline from an accredited curriculum; or equivalent education, training, and experience. MBA or advanced degree desired. Experience - Minimum of ten (10) years utility experience with at least five (5) years' experience in plant operations, outage management, maintenance, or project management.  Experience required in developing long range strategic programs to include a consistent and clearly definable method of communication on critical aspects of program updates and performance. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities - Must have good written and verbal communication skills and be familiar with industry guidance documents, industry standards, and regulatory documents. Must be able and willing to travel, obtain and maintain unescorted plant access and medical qualification when applicable, and may be required to obtain and maintain a security clearance based on position/access requirements and essential job functions.
