DESCRIPTION

Outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic now hiring for a Full Time PT Tech/Aide.

Duties

• Assist physical therapists in providing patient care and treatment

• Set up equipment and prepare treatment areas for therapy sessions

• Escort patients to and from therapy sessions

• Monitor patients during therapy sessions and report any changes or concerns to the physical therapist

• Clean and maintain therapy equipment and treatment areas

• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and maintaining patient records

• Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or GED. Graduate of accredited program in medical administration and/or college, business or technical school preferred.

• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to read, understand and master policies and regulations.

• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
