Working hours : Full Time employment (09:00 - 17:00).

EL. Venizelos Airport -19004 Spata (Exit Cargo Airport Services)

Building 24, Goldair Handling Office - 1st Floor

Job Summary:

Managing customers communication is the main responsibility of the Brokerage CS Agent.

CS Agents interact directly with existing, new and potential customers.

They work to provide quality customer service, by guiding the customers to carry out all the necessary actions for a smooth and fast package customs clearance completion.

Job Responsibilities:

Incoming / outgoing calls and email correspondence,

Reporting, Pricing offers, Collection & Management of relevant Customs Documentation,

Reception and other supporting activities.

Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent knowledge of English Language (Recommended level: Proficiency)

Proven knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word.

Previous experience in a brokerage/customs environment (Preferred).

University or equivalent degree will be a plus.

Ability to prioritize daily tasks and promote a positive work environment.
