Description Administrative Coordinator/Health Services Coordinator Assistant and Outreach Coordinator - REMOTE Position for Occupational Medicine Department at Providence St. Luke's Rehabilitation Medical Center in Spokane, WA This is a fully remote position with occasional in-person work required at medical facilities within the State of Washington. Qualified candidates can be located anywhere within the State of Washington. Strongly prefer qualified candidates based in Western Washington (counties such as Whatcom, Skagit, Snohomish, King, Pierce, Lewis, Skamania, Clark) or in Eastern Washington cities such as Richland, Kennewick, Pasco, Yakima, Walla Walla, Pullman and/or Ellensburg. Shift Details: Full Time, Day Shift, 40 hours each week The Health Services Coordinator Assistant plays a crucial role at the Center of Occupational Health and Education by helping Health Service Coordinators with their day to day work activities. The Health Services Coordinator Assistant will help support claim coverage in addition to managing a light caseload of claims from an assigned territory of providers Providence caregivers are not simply valued - they're invaluable. Required Qualifications: 3 years of experience in direct patient care, return-to-work coordination, occupational health care, or equivalent experience Preferred qualifications: Associate's Degree or some college in business, or a combination of education and experience to include college courses in English or Communications 2 years of experience related to health care credentialing or provider relations 2 years of experience in community outreach or community organizing 2 years of experience with data management and data tracking Why Join Providence?
