Description Staffing Coordinator - Anticoagulation at Providence Holy Family Hospital in Spokane, WA Shift Details: Full Time, Day Shift, 40 hours per week Responsibility for a variety of tasks related to greeting, registration, pre-registration, verification of benefits, explanation of various hospital forms and policies, scheduling appointments, answering telephones. Responsibilities include supporting pharmacists, gathering clinical information, communicating with providers and other clinicians, preparing charts, transferring medical records, reviewing medical records. Responsibly include checking patients in for appointments, taking vital signs, ordering and updating office referrals, coordination of care and patient education. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate recurring outpatient accounts, and entering charges. Also responsible for ordering and maintaining supply and materials inventory, tracking test supplies, answering phones and other general office duties. Conducts special projects as assigned.
