Accounts Receivable Billing Analyst Full Time Springfield, MA, US Requisition ID: 1869 Salary Range: \$50,000.00 To \$60,000.00 Annually The YWCA of Western MA is dedicated to eliminating racism and empowering survivors. The YW provides a safe place for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. Our programs and services include crisis shelter and transitional housing for survivors and their families, counseling, SAFEPLAN court advocacy, community education, supervised visitation, and vocational training for youth. The YWCA is seeking an AR-Billing Analyst. The AR-Billing Analyst manages client billing and issues invoices in accordance with grantor contracts and vendor service agreements. This position posts receivables to GL, maintains and monitors client account and GL program balances continuously and prepares monthly reports on client and other billable activities. Department: Finance Reports to: Chief Financial Officer Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours/weekly; with flexibility to meet agency needs FLSA Status: Exempt Salary: \$50,000-\$60,000, Depending on Experience Primary Responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to: Work collaboratively across teams to identify, develop and maintain program billing schedules. Serve as a primary point of contact for grantors regarding the status of their accounts. Create and issue funder invoices in accordance with vendor service agreements, grantor requirements and best practices for fiscal stewardship. Prepare regular reports regarding client billing, account receivables, and related activities Maintain and monitor client, grantor, and program accounts including efforts to identify, research, and resolve account discrepancies Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or equivalent professional experience. - Required Experience in client billing, account receivables and analysis and/or account management. Non-profit experience with knowledge of non-profit cost principles preferred. Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Knowledge of Financial Edge or demonstrated experience with other accounting systems a plus. Must be bondable.
