Call Center/Customer Service Location: Springfield, MA Job Type: Temp/Contract Hours: Full Time Required Years of Experience: 1+ Required Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Travel: No Relocation: No Job Description : United Personnel is seeking skilled customer service reps to work for a Springfield based company starting in January working through the end of March. We need someone who is great on the phones and will be taking inbound requests from members asking for forms for tax returns. The call center can be very busy and we are looking for someone who has strong listening skills, and who can pay close attention to details to assist with this very important project. Responsibilities include: Taking inbound call and asking for name, ID number, and address to help obtain this information. Data entry skills to look information up online and record the call in customer file. Respond to the request in an efficient and quick manner Provide excellent customer service Ability to think on your feet and problem solve, escalate any concerns to manager. Must be able to work independently and must be a self starter. This role will be working from home and you will need to be working in a private space due to HIPPA. Hours are: Monday - Friday 8a-4:30p or 9:30a-6p with a 1/2 hour lunch Required Qualifications : Must have basic computer skills and knowledge of Word, Outlook, and Excel. Accurate Data Entry Strong listening skills Good customer Service skills Must uphold company's confidentiality policy ?
