Description MHA is hiring immediately for a Front Desk Administrative Assistant. The Front Desk Administrative Assistant will provide administrative assistance as needed and directed to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. Front Desk Administrative Assistant Position?s Essential Functions Provide administrative and clerical support as assigned Responsive to the needs of all MHA divisions Act as back-up receptionist and perform front desk duties such as greeting all staff and visitors in a polite and professional manner, answering and routing incoming calls, processing and distributing mail, and performing opening and closing procedures within the reception area Respond to inquiries from employees, outside agencies, and clients Maintain professionalism and confidentiality which if disclosed, would have significant ramifications Database entry of client and staff information Create and maintain electronic health record accounts for new staff Prepare materials for Human Rights Committee Assist in the oversight of agency administrative files and mailing lists Perform other administrative duties such as copying , filing and scanning Responsible for the archival of agency and client records Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Executive Assistant or members of the Leadership Team as needed Front Desk Administrative Assistant Required Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Abilities Strong verbal and written communications skills Accuracy in work and communication Demonstration of excellent computer skills including the ability to work independently in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher and Power Point and other specialized data bases Ability to maintain confidentiality of information Ability to read, analyze and interpret information to keep systems organized Work cooperatively with variety of staff Bilingual Preferred EEOC Statement: MHA Inc. provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
