May oversee all kitchen operations and supervise staff. ? Use advanced kitchen equipment. ? Ensure facility is clean and organized. ? Maintain operation?s food safety and sanitation procedures. ? Participate in other task assignments. ? Be able to lift, carry, push/pull 25+ lbs. Qualifications: ? Food safety certification or equivalent knowledge. ? Allergen certification is a plus.
