Job description

Responsibilities: - Perform maintenance and repair tasks on various equipment and systems - Fabricate and install parts as needed - Respond to maintenance requests from customers in a timely manner - Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track and document work orders - Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities when necessary - Provide leadership and guidance to other maintenance personnel

Requirements: - Proven experience in maintenance and repair work - Strong technical skills in various trades (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC) - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Familiarity with CMMS software is preferred - Ability to supervise and lead a team of maintenance personnel
