Regent Bank Treasury Services Support/Sales in Springfield, Missouri

Summary:

The Treasury Services Support Specialist position provides technical and operational support to Commercial Banking clients for all DDA and Treasury Services products. This role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and is part of a highly integrated team environment. This position requires confidentiality, accuracy, and problem resolution skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides a full range of professional, technical, and general support duties to customers and bank personnel related to Treasury Services products.

  • Products in this support include; Business Online Banking, Online Wires, ACH, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, ICS/CDARS, Sweeps, Lockbox, Merchant Services, Business Credit Cards, Business Bill Pay, and Business Mobile Deposit.

  • Performs client implementation, prepares agreements and maintains customer files, tracks sales records, and monitors product usage and system authority.

  • Helps in the coordination and support of audits and exams.

  • Troubleshoots, reset passwords, and unlock users for various treasury systems.

  • Provides internal support to Branches and Departments.

  • Performs training and education for customers on specific Treasury products.

  • Delivers exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.

  • Demonstrates problem solving, logic, and mathematical computation skills.

  • Assists in the tracking and preparation of periodic reporting.

  • Understanding of banking regulation, compliance, and protocols.

  • Ability to make decisions based on level of authority.

  • Adheres to bank core values.

  • Follows policy and procedures; completes tasks accurately and on time.

  • Identifies and refers cross sell opportunities.

  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:

  • High school diploma or its equivalent is required, and

  • Three plus years of related experience required; treasury services, banking operations and/or customer service experience preferred.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Thorough knowledge of product delivery systems and on-line computer systems

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a competent and professional manner

  • Thorough knowledge of telephone customer service

  • Highly proficient PC and software application skills (Microsoft Office preferred)

  • Thorough knowledge of banking and Treasury Services products

  • Thorough understanding of a multitude of software products and the ability to understand new applications with a minimum of prior exposure to the product

  • All candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment background, credit, and drug screening.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to exert up to 25 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently.

  • Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25lbs.

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

  • Sitting for long periods of time.

General comfortable environment. Climate-controlled office setting; noise, heat, dust, and other problems are minimal. All employees are required to maintain a neat and safe work area.
