What would I be doing?

The Slot Technician I will maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the various video and slot machines as manufactures update and create new machines and the equipment necessary to service and repair said machines and apply that knowledge to the ongoing slot maintenance program set forth by management.

Responsibilities

• The Slot Technician I adheres to all company policies, and carries out the instructions of management.

• Involved in all aspects of machine conversions

• Machine moves: preparation work, paperwork, stringing power cords on machine banks with multiple machines, good understanding of how to move heavy objects (varying from 150 to 225 pounds) correctly to avoid injury, working knowledge in the correct use of moving equipment.

• The ability to work on the floor for long periods, bending, kneeling, and standing when bolting machines to slot stands.

• The Slot Technician I must have the dexterity to handle small hand tools as well as the ability to use large hand tools.

• The Slot Technician I will be familiar with OSHA safety codes on various chemicals and electrical equipment used within the department.

• Routine slot maintenance: to take an assigned shift and work the casino floor, taking immediate initiative and action

• Key control: Slot machines and other mandated compliance

What are we looking for?

• Must be at least 21

• Prefer 1 to 1½ years of experience

• Excellent communication skills

• Excellent guest service skills

• Excellent attendance record
