Our Customer Service Representative manages and services a broad customer base while developing relationships built on trust and respect. As our key customer contact inside the division (yep, youll be on-site) you manage all facets of the quote and order management process accurately. We demonstrate proactive communication and follow-up with the customer to achieve WIN-WIN results in a timely manner, and coordination with other Nucor Fastener departments as a constructive team member to solve problems is required. Help us grow territory sales and profitability, as well as monitoring and forecasting customer activity and managing finished goods inventory.

Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Microsoft Office Proficient

• Associate Degree in Business or related field OR minimum of three (3) years Customer Service experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous Customer Service/Sales Experience

• Four (4) year degree in Business or related field
