The undergraduate Department of Theology at the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John s University announces a three-year term position in Theology at the rank of Visiting Assistant Professor. This position is set to begin in August of 2024 and not eligible for remote work. Review of applicants will begin on March 15, 2024, and continue until the position is filled. Responsibilities Teaching responsibilities for this position include teaching upper and lower-level general theology classes. The candidate will be responsible for teaching three 4-credit courses per semester plus contributing to departmental level service and student advising.?The candidate would be expected to teach THEO: 100 Theological Explorations, the introductory course required of all undergraduates. Candidates with a demonstrated ability to incorporate diverse perspectives into teaching and scholarship are preferred.
