BIOZYME, INCORPORATED Dealer Action Administrator in ST JOSEPH, Missouri

Purpose: The Dealer Action Administrator is responsible for working with dealers to grow and ensuring the new dealer process is efficient and effective. Works closely with the ASMs and Dealer Marketing Coordinator to ensure success of existing and new dealers by getting them to take action through marketing, training, growth programs, etc., as well as being the consistent line of communication between the dealers and BioZyme. *Accountabilities:*

  • Ensures execution of the Dealer Action plan provided by the Marketing Team.
  • Works hand in hand with dealers to ensure implementation of the Dealer Action plan.
  • Ensures that customer lists include accurate addresses, contact information, and emails.
  • Discusses promotions/campaigns and encourages dealer participation; promotes Promoboxx and assists dealers with sign up/usage.
  • Discusses Online Dealer Center and Dealer Rewards Program and assists with sign-up and/or usage.
  • Provides marketing materials (i.e. shelf talkers, signage, etc.) and promotes marketing campaigns.
  • Makes an average of at least 50 outbound calls per day to dealers and sends follow-up emails.
  • Documents every dealer activity via Back Office.
  • Works with account owners (ASM or other) to ensure communication and strategy alignment.
  • Ensures dealer evaluations are completed for each dealer as required.
  • Ensures dealer classification is set.
  • Manages time for most effective way to utilize it for accountable growth.
  • Know ones culture index and utilize daily in all aspects of work.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
  • Participates in team huddles and CONNECTS.
  • Notifies management of any material issues.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required Education:

  • High School Diploma
  • Preferred Education - bachelors degree or associate degree

Required Work Experience:

  • 5 to 10 years customer outreach and/or call center environment experience
