A maintenance lead-planner is responsible for making sure maintenance technicians have the tools and parts they need to complete preventative maintenance and work orders. The maintenance lead planner is also expected to schedule maintenance in a way that minimizes equipment downtime and impact on production. The maintenance planner must be able to adapt at changing direction when emergencies arise or the plan changes.

Your key responsibilities• Lead and Support the maintenance technicians, sanitation personnel and contractor services on site • Develop Inventory database in CMMS (E-Maintenance) and maintain the CMMS (E-Maintenance) database to ensure all parts are in inventory with the proper quantities • Maintain/Update existing PM’s and Develop new PMs to improve the reliability of the equipment in E-maintenance CMMS system. Ensure Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics comply • Maintain TBRAs (Task Based Risk Assessments) and develop new TBRAs• Work with Engineering & Maintenance Manager on leading projects• Ability to identify and submit request to MRO buyer to order parts to repair or replace when needed

You bring:• High School Diploma or equivalent and two years college or 5-10 years equivalent work experience preferred as a maintenance planner/coordinator or maintenance supervisor • Experience in food facility, purchasing, maintenance and CMMS (E-Maintenance) software is required. Knowledge of SAP a plus • Capable of reading drawings and schematics for equipment• Experience with regulatory requirements necessary• Class II Boiler Stationary License is a plus • Experience in Data Analysis and Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Must have the ability to lift and carry weight up to 50lb., able to walk/stand/bend/squat/climb/kneel/twist frequently and sometimes, constantly
