Job Overview:

We are currently hiring for someone to join our team in St. Louis, MO as a Registered Nurse (RN). In this role you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive nursing care to our clients/patients, ensuring their physical and mental health needs are met with the highest level of clinical competence. You will collaborate with the treatment team to coordinate care, administer medications, oversee medical procedures, and educate clients/patients on health management. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough nursing assessments and evaluate the physical condition and needs of clients/patients.

  • Coordinate care based on client/patient needs, creating action plans for treatment.

  • Oversee infectious disease control, hygiene, and related health issues, under nursing leadership supervision.

  • Provide disease prevention, risk reduction, and health education as needed.

  • Arrange medical appointments and manage medical emergencies for clients/patients.

  • Educate clients/patients on medication benefits, administer medications, and monitor compliance.

  • Monitor lab levels and medication side effects, consulting with physicians/advanced practice providers as necessary.

  • Assist physicians/advanced practice providers with exams, lab procedures, and special treatments.

  • Ensure timely completion of all required documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.

    Education and Experience Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.

  • Willingness to become licensed in additional states and provide telehealth services.

  • For FQHC: BCLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.

    Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients/patients, families, and colleagues.

  • Flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.

  • Thorough knowledge of nursing principles and practices in mental health and/or substance abuse services.

  • Detailed understanding of rehabilitation techniques and alternative treatments.
