Aston Carter Hr Assistants Except Payroll in St Louis Park, Minnesota

Description:

They have implemented a new system (oracle) and they are receiving a ton of questions to the HR team. People don't know how to use the new system and they need HR professionals to help people along the process. the candidate will spend a decent amount of time on Microsoft office answering questions and sending links to the right HR function. They will talk over benefits with employees and help with time and expense and entering hours for employees. They will be working on back of house tasks for the HR team. everything from entering employee data to going over employee data and ensuring it is correct in the system.

Partner with the HR managers. This person will help take notes during meetings. Getting involved with HR, benefits, PTO etc.

The systems used will be Word and maybe a little PowerPoint. No Excel!

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

0 to 2 years of HR experience is a plus but not a must have. Would take a recent college degree. Need to be comfortable going over HR functions with employees who do not understand HR

Onsite 3 days a week for a little while. Not indefinite but for a decent amount of time. (Monday Tuesday Thursday on site. Can be flexible)
