    Job Description:

    The mental health Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) will provide evaluation and treatment of psychiatric patients, primarily in the setting of partial hospitalization program services. APCs complete basic psychiatric assessment duties of performing intake evaluations, formulating assessment and treatment plans, providing medication management, coordination care with other treatment providers and making appropriate referrals. The APC will work in collaboration with the inpatient medical director and members of the partial hospitalization program.     Required Qualifications :

    Physician Assistant degree, or Nurse Practitioner degree (DNP, or MSN) NP’s need to have completed a Psychiatric Mental Health program at an accredited institution One year Psychaitry APC fellowship experience or 2 years NP or PA clinician experience in Mental Health outpatient, inpatient or partial program setting

    License/Certifications Required For PA candidates:

    Current NCCPA certification Current active PA Minnesota license

    License/Certifications Required For NP candidates:

    Current AANCP or ANCC certification Current active NP Minnesota license
