A Saint Paul-based property management company has an immediate opening for a full-time Maintenance Technician for a 200 units apartment complex located in St. Paul. Maintenance technician has the following responsibilities and duties: *Diagnosing problems and making repairs *Preparing apartments for move-ins *Daily maintenance of grounds and common areas *Completing service requests for current tenants in a timely manner *Maintaining property equipment including laundry machines, appliances, snow blowers, tools, etc. *Providing superior customer service to tenants and promoting a courteous and professional environment at all times All of our Maintenance technicians rotate an on-call schedule every five (5) weeks. You must be available and flexible with rotating schedule.
