This role is positioned to drive the success of the "New Health Care Company".The Impact You'll Make in this RoleAs a(n) MedSurg Staff Operations Officer ,you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:Support all aspects of the executive's office, including strategic guidance on travel planning and calendar management.Develop agendas and facilitate leadership team meetings to ensure leadership team focus and alignment on critical priorities.Prepare the executive for meetings and facilitate capturing and tracking follow up itens of actions plans.Partner with key stakeholders to define dashboards and other management tools to manage our progress in executing our strategy.Work closely with Executive Leadership Team and other executives to ensure input, alignment and execution.Support preparation and cascade of clear communication to key stakeholders.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher AND (10) years of management of projects experience in private , public or government environmentORHigh School Diploma/GED from AND (14) years of management of projects experience in private, public or government environmentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Highly organized and efficient in driving work activity and strategic prioritization.Collaboration and teamwork.Project management.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish relationship quickly.Communication: facilitation and presentation skills.Critical thinking and problem solving.Dealing with ambiguity.Business savvy: market, portfolio and execution.For current employees, internal transfer restrictions may not apply.
