Performs and properly completes daily pre-trip inspections.

Inspects oil, water, flashers, directional lights, headlights, tires, gas cap, and other items listed on pre-trip before departure.

Keeps assigned schedule.

Reports mechanical problems.

Operates radio to report delays, break-downs, or accidents.

Sweeps and dust bus interior, clean spills and removes trash when necessary.

Enforces school regulations.

Complies with discipline policies set forth in the School Code of Conduct for Transportation. Maintains discipline of students, Works with parents/guardians to resolve minor discipline issues, and reports Major behavioral problems to school administrator.

Regular and reliable attendance is an essential job performance/function.
