This position is for a Senior Information Systems Security Engineer with a company at Stennis Space Center.

Summary: RTL Networks is seeking experienced candidates to assist the Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVOCEANO) in applying cyber risk management, network security monitoring tools and cyber testing and evaluation techniques.

Duties and Responsibilities: 4+ years of experience with supporting the development of security plans or packages supporting Assessment and Authorization (A&A) of IT systems Authority to Operate (ATO), including the implementation and assessment of cybersecurity controls. 4+ years of experience with RMF. Experience with implementing and assessing the implementation of DoD Security Technical Implementation Guidance (STIG). Experience with conducting and interpreting ACAS vulnerability scanning and reporting. Knowledge of DoD policies, processes, and procedures related to common duties for Information System Security Officers. Ability to execute cybersecurity testing of IT hardware and software to identify, track, and remediate ongoing IT vulnerabilities.

Education and Experience: Secret clearance. HS diploma or GED. DoD 8570 IAT Level II or IAM Level II Baseline Certification.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with DoD and DoN Risk Management Framework (RMF), A&A, and ATO processes and procedures. Experience with supporting DoN command Information System Security Managers (ISSM) as an Information System Security Officer (ISSO). Experience with conducting DoN RMF Annual Security Reviews. Knowledge of DoN Cybersecurity policies and procedures. Ability to communicate advanced technical concepts clearly to command leadership orally and in documentation and presentations. Bachelor's degree.

Required Certification(s): IAT II (Security+) or IAM II (CASP, CAP, CISM).

Security Clearance Requirements: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level. []{#_Hlk152044496}US Citizenship is a requirement for clearance at this location.
