POSITION: Direct Care Provider

REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age. High School Diploma/GED and valid driver's license required. Must be able to pass a background check and drug testing.

WAGE: $15.75 - 18.28/hr.

DAYS AND HOURS: This is a full time position. Variety of shifts available. Days/hours to be arranged with employer. Weekend hours may be required.

DUTIES: Provide direct care to adults with Developmental Disabilities in a residential setting. Will assist in activities of daily living, transportation, supported employment opportunities, participating in community activities, medical appointments and giving medications. All necessary training will be provided.
