Responsible for designing electrical control systems for industrial automated machinery, including body shops, general assembly, paint, conveyor systems, and material handling; develop written sequence of operation using the latest tools and design aids of pneumatics, power sizing, devicenet bandwidth, ethernet, and memory estimation; build the hardware wiring diagram using EPlan and AutoCAD; generate and develop software design for programmable logic controller (PLC) using CDE, Rockwell Logix 5000 for Allen Bradly and S7-300/400 for Siemens, develop Software graphical applications for Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) including Allen Bradley Panel Views, TIA Portal, and Siemen WinCC Flexible; design industrial communication networks including ControlNet, DeviceNet, EthernetIP, Remote IO, Profibus, and Profinet; configure and program industrial cameras including Matrox and Banner; configure and program safety devices such as laser scanners and light curtains; utilize power sizing, EPlan Design, AutoCAD, CDE, RSNetWorx, Allen Bradley Rockwell Logix 5000, GCCH1 / GCCS2 standards, TIA Portal, industrial camera programing, safety devices programing and Microsoft Office Suite of Products to perform duties; and travel to various customer operations to provide on-site tryout, debug, configuration, start up, trouble shooting, and Production Support as needed.
