Involves working with contracts, organization of individual conference needs, financial management of revenue and expenditures. Use of Marketplace andCVENTcomputer programs for conference registrations. Obtain contracts from vendors and process using approvedOSUPurchasing and P-Card requirements. Ability to multi-task and work independently. Maintain a friendly working environment with staff, participants and vendors.
