Description We are offering a long term contract to hire employment opportunity for a Sales Support role in the Construction/Contractor industry, located in Stockton, California. This role is crucial in supporting our sales team, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support to the sales team, including but not limited to entering and sending quotes. • Handle customer service responsibilities, such as answering inbound calls and resolving customer inquiries promptly and professionally. • Take initiative in supporting tasks without waiting for instructions, demonstrating proactive work ethics. • Ensure the accuracy of customer records by utilizing CRM and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions. • Process customer credit applications with efficiency and precision. • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary. • Conduct auditing and billing functions as part of maintaining accurate customer credit records. • Ensure punctuality and consistent attendance to maintain smooth operation of sales support tasks. • Utilize various skills, including ADP - Financial Services, Configure Price Quote (CPQ), and communication skills to deliver efficient and quality service. • Leverage software like 'About Time' to track and manage time effectively for various tasks. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support role within the construction/contractor industry • Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services • Knowledge of Configure Price Quote (CPQ) • Experience in using CRM systems for customer relationship management • Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning • Knowledge of ERP Solutions • Experience in using About Time software • Proven experience in answering inbound calls in a detail oriented manner • Previous experience in auditing processes and procedures • Knowledge and experience in handling billing functions • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Must be legally authorized to work in the specified country.
