Are you compassionate, nurturing and caring? $200 sign on bonus* Up to $120 per day Benefits & Perks: * $200 Sign On Bonus!* * Weekly Pay * Flexible schedule, part-time & full-time positions available, day and night shifts * Competitive hourly pay rate * Spot bonuses for exceptional performance and reliability * Benefits (medical, dental and vision) * Paid orientation/training * Mileage Reimbursement if traveling between different client shifts * Profit Sharing Retirement plan * Corporate sponsored quarterly or semi-annually outings (dinners/lunches/picnics, movies, bowling, etc.) * Employee referral bonuses * Lunch and Learns to provide ongoing training * Masks, gloves, and other essential gear to keep you protected during your shifts * *Sign On Bonus awarded after 3 months of employment with a minimum of 200 hours Job Responsibilities: * Bath/Groom/Dress * Provide transportation services and basic errands (doctor, grocery store, etc.) * Toiletry assistance * Medication reminders * Provide meals and conduct light housekeeping * Mobility assistance * Companionship to help seniors enjoy their interests (attending senior centers or church, playing board games or cards, reading books, watching movies, taking walks) * Maintain a detailed record of services provided and client's current conditions through our online portal * Notify Care Coordinator of major changes or incidents during your shift Job Requirements: * Clean criminal background check * Live Scan / Fingerprinting * Reliable transportation with insurance * Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. (Compliant with I-9 requirements.) ex: 2 forms of ID- Driver's License or Identification/passport or Permanent Resident ID/Social Security Card * Formal training or experience in the home care field or school for at least 6 months is desired * CPR/First Aid, TB test or chest X-ray required * CNA License desired We are certified with the National Association for Home Care & Hospice.
