Boston Orthotics & Prosthetics Corporate Support Specialist in Stoughton, Massachusetts

Position Description: The Corporate Support Specialist is the go-to person for management and clinic staff for administrative duties. To be successful in this role the Corporate Support Specialist must be comfortable interacting with all employees from clinic staff to senior management, be detail oriented and have strong organizational and people skills. In this role the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, being a team player and prioritizing duties are integral. A high level of discretion to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information is a desirable attribute; along with the ability to work with minimal supervision, handle pressure and meet deadlines. Core Responsibilities: * Provide daily support to all Boston O&P clinic locations * Follow standard processes * Reporting on patient outcomes using Athena Electronic Medical Record software * Support the marketing department with Social Media initiatives using Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn * Update and print patient use &marketing brochures for our clinics and outside clinics * Maintain company website for new products, new clinicians, clinic locations, etc. * Edit and distribute order forms * Coordinate corporate meetings * Schedule shipping for national shows * Apply for Continuing Educational Credits for in house training seminars Education/Experience: * High School or Associate Degree; related experience and/or training. * Exceptional computer skills in Microsoft 365 products (word, excel, PowerPoint, publisher etc.) * Minimum of one to two years? administrative experience * Excellent organization and written & verbal communication skills * Excellent customer service skills * Knowledge of Cognito forms and Canva is a plus * Ability to work well with others
