Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Join a dynamic team focused on maintaining and repairing plant equipment in a state-of-the-art facility. As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will handle electrical and mechanical repairs and troubleshooting on various plant equipment, including cranes, sensors, forklifts, industrial furnaces, and conveyors. You will work both on the ground and at heights up to 50ft in the air on lifts to maintain cranes. This role requires a blend of mechanical (70%) and electrical (30%) skills, and you will also engage in welding, fabrication, and working off blueprints. Preventive maintenance throughout the facility is a key part of your responsibilities.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Stoughton, Wisconsin.

Work Environment

Work Monday to Friday from 6am to 4:30pm, with 5-10 hours of overtime each week, typically after your shift. The facility resembles an airport hangar and offers a fantastic working environment. You will join a maintenance team currently consisting of 2 people, with support from a Maintenance Manager and another Maintenance Technician. Tools are provided, and the pay ranges from $30-37/hr, depending on your electrical experience.
