JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description We are currently in need of a 1st shift Shipping & Receiving Foreman at our facility in Stoughton, Wisconsin supporting a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a Foreman at Zalk Josephs Fabricators, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the shipping and receiving processes. This position requires a combination of strong organizational skills, leadership capabilities, and knowledge in supply chain and logistics management. This position is a Non-Union and salaried open position with periodic overtime. Shipping & Receiving Foreman Hours: Monday-Friday 6:30am-3pm Primary Responsibilities Supervise daily shipping and receiving operations and establish work priorities to meet production commitments. Oversee inbound and outbound shipping activities, identify areas for improvement and implement resolution. Establish shift objectives to support location goals and objectives. Order and supervise the necessary repairs and maintenance of equipment. Coordinate operations to meet the demands of shipping schedule. Administer organizational policies and procedures at the department level. Maintain records for the accuracy and timeliness of daily products, completed orders, and inspection reports. Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas. Enforce safety and housekeeping best practices and employee training programs. Drive manufacturing needs through safety, quality, delivery, and cost with required results. Performs special projects and completes all other duties as assigned or requested for the general support of the organization. Approve labor tasks through M Job time. Minimum Qualifications Associates degree in business management or two years of equivalent work experience in Supply Chain or Logistics, and personnel management. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Experience in managing safety programs, personnel development, and activities to maximize work force efficiency.
