Housekeeper. 15 temporary, full-time positions. 06/01/2024 to 03/31/2025. Three White BirchesGreen Mountain Inn located at18 Main Street, Stowe, VT 05672. sbsmith@gminn.com. Responsible for cleaning rooms and common areas to the highest possible standards required for the onset of operations. Duties may include: Dusting, vacuuming, making beds. Cleaning guest rooms and bathrooms. Sweeping, mopping, cleaning windows, doors and walls. Replacing paper products and amenities. Cleaning kitchen areas in the apartments, townhouses, and employee housing. Clean and arrange furniture. Clean patio furniture as directed. Collect and wash linens. Re-supply housekeeping closets with needed items. Fold clean laundry. 40 hours per week. 8:30am - 5:00pm or 12:30pm - 9pm (half hour lunch/dinner break deducted from their hours.), 8 hours per day. OT hours possible. No minimum education required. No minimum experience is required. Travel will not be required. Wage: \$15.97/hour. OT Wage: \$23.96/hour. Workers paid Weekly. Optional board/lodging available at \$100/week to be deducted from pay if elected. On the job training provided. Raises and/or bonuses may be offered to any worker in the specified occupation, at the companys sole discretion, based on individual factors including work performance, skill and tenure. Single workweek will be used to compute wages due. All deductions from the workers paycheck required by law will be made. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a workers voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence provided at a rate of at least \$15.88/day during travel to a maximum of \$59/day with receipts. H2B Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees).
