Community Association Management is seeking a full-time administrative assistant to join our busy office!
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and assisting visitors and walk-in residents, answering the phone, filing, assisting with mailings and basic office duties.
- Ideal candidate is organized and able to handle tasks with attention to detail and ability to proofread and check work upon completion.
- Applicant must also possess professional look and attitude, friendly demeanor and ability to handle resident concerns and complaints with patience.
- Office experience is preferred.
- Prior experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a must as well as experience using basic office equipment.
