Northrop Grumman Principal Military Trainer - Plans and Operations Division (POD) Analyst in Suffolk, Virginia

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems sector is seeking a Principal Plans and Operations Division (POD) Analyst to join our growing team of diverse professionals in Suffolk, Virginia . As a key member of the Joint Staff Support Team (JST) you will synchronize the efforts of the Deputy Director Joint Training (DDJT) divisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with coordination of DDJT's administrative operations including staff actions and taskings.

  • Employ ETMS2 for the establishment of timelines and coordination and consolidation of DDJT inputs to staff projects.

  • Maintain DDJT long-range calendar.

  • Develop and provide quarterly ETMS2 training.

  • Provide administrative management of ETMS2 training program.

Basic Qualifications for Principal Plans and Operations Division Analyst:

  • One of the following:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of military operations and training experience.

  • Master's degree with a minimum of 4 years of military operations and training experience.

  • Proficient with ETMS2.

  • Must possess an active U.S. DoD Secret security clearance.

  • Must possess or be able to obtain a valid U.S. Passport.

  • Must be able to work on-site in Suffolk, Virginia.

Preferred Qualifications for Plans and Operations Division Analyst :

  • Master's degree.

  • Joint Staff Experience.

Salary Range: $73,300 - $109,900

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
