At Robert Half, we specialize in connecting talented individuals with leading companies across various industries. Currently, we are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk for a prominent manufacturing company based in Summerville, SC.

Position Overview: As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. The ideal candidate will possess advanced Excel skills, a solid understanding of debits and credits, and at least 2 years of accounting experience. While SAP experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Perform reconciliations of accounts and resolve any discrepancies.

• Generate invoices and maintain billing records.

• Follow up on outstanding payments and communicate with clients regarding payment status.

• Assist with month-end closing procedures.

• Provide support to the accounting team as needed.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or related field.

• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions.

• Strong understanding of debits and credits.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• SAP experience is a plus but not required.
