Description

Out San Jose client is looking for a Benefits Manager to help support their organization. This position is 100% onsite.

• Design, implement, manage and administer all employee benefit programs, including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life, disability, COBRA, 401(k), LOAs (FMLA, disability, personal, etc.), Flexible Spending Accounts (Section 125), etc.

• Participates in benefits design process, including overseeing the annual benefits renewal by recommending benefit changes, forecasting budget implications and project leading the open enrollment process end to end.
