(HATCI) is currently looking for an Information Technology at our Superior Township, MI facility who will: The Network Engineer is responsible for the continuous operation of HATCI, IT infrastructure and IT operations, will have broad IT knowledge and experience needed to support HATCI R&D Center's business. Also you will have responsible for handling network and security related incidents that occur in the application environment. Responsibilities Network Engineer also evaluate program effectiveness to determine if redistribution of funds is needed. Some primary duties include: Design, configure, maintain, optimize network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. Implement and manage network services and protocols. Monitor network performance and security to identify and resolve issues promptly. Utilize network monitoring tools to ensure optimal uptime. Performs DLP log analysis and Data audit to detect data breaches and provide the report Investigate and resolve network-related problems, including connectivity issues, outages, and performance degradation. Provide timely solutions and support to end-users. Coordinate with network equipment vendors and service providers for technical support and procurement of network hardware and services. Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies in network operations and security. Implement industry standards and follow best practices.

Minority/Female/Disabled/Veteran Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or 3+ years of a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in network operation and administration, including setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Strong knowledge of network protocols, technologies, and security practices. Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other IT professionals and departments. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate documentation. Preferred Qualifications Relevant professional certifications, such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNP, JINCIA, CISSP for network security roles, Cloud including AWS, Azure, GCP or equivalent are advantageous. Experience in network administration is highly valued. Candidates with a track record of successfully managing and troubleshooting network infrastructure are often preferred.
